Role Overview:

If you’re a team player that loves sourcing, engaging and selling to talented and diverse candidates, we need you! We are a fast-paced, fast-growing marketing agency currently scaling all functions of our business.

As an integral member of our small but mighty recruiting team, you will build strong relationships with team members at all levels of agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own requisitions from sourcing through offer, delivering high quality candidates at fast pace
  • Sources and recruits for a wide variety of agency roles and a variety of career levels
  • Represents New Engen brand in the marketplace
  • Partners closely with people team and agency stakeholders to build a diverse team
  • Leverages sourcing tools and strategies to fill talent pipeline
  • Contributes to recruiting strategy, interviewing practices and training

Experience/Skills/Abilities:

  • 4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably across multiple industries
  • Extensive experience sourcing, using LinkedIn recruiter and other tools
  • Ability to own and fill 5+ reqs at pace
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (JazzHR experience a plus)
  • Passionate about candidate experience
  • Ability to influence leaders and facilitate stakeholder discussions and debriefs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and customer service mindset
  • Thrives as part of small, scrappy team and flexible wearing multiple hats
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High, positive energy and presence
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with people analytics and reporting a plus

New Engen is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with offices in New York, NY and Charlotte, NC. This position is located in our Charlotte, NC office.
