New Engen Names Alix Barrett VP of Client Engagement

Last updated: August 18, 2026

The following is a summary of a press release published by GlobeNewswire on August 18th, 2026.

SEATTLE, WA – We’re excited to share that Alix Barrett has been promoted to Vice President of Client Engagement at New Engen, marking the next chapter in our continued investment in creator marketing and the leadership behind it.

In her expanded role, Alix will deepen strategic engagement across our creator portfolio, helping clients connect creator more closely with their broader brand, creative, media, commerce, and measurement strategies. Her promotion builds on years of work helping evolve New Engen’s creator offering from shopper-focused activations into integrated programs that support the full customer journey.

“Creator works best when it is built into the marketing system, not layered onto it,” said Alix Barrett, Vice President of Client Engagement at New Engen. “Too often, creator is still treated as a separate line item or added after the broader strategy is already set. My focus is helping clients connect creator strategy with brand, media, retail, and measurement from the beginning, so creator can generate stronger creative, improve media performance, and deliver more meaningful business outcomes.”

Creator has become a core part of New Engen’s Creative-Led Growth System, connecting audience insight and creator-led content with media and measurement. Investments including Acorn Influence, LT Partners, Donut Digital, and Grapevine have helped expand that foundation as brands increasingly look to creators to build demand, develop more relevant creative, and drive measurable growth.

We’ve spent years intentionally building creator into the way we help brands grow because we believed this is where marketing was headed. Alix has played an important role in that evolution. Her promotion reflects the business we’ve built, the trust she’s earned with our clients, and our continued investment in helping brands connect creator more closely with the rest of their marketing strategy.
Justin Hayashi, New Engen CEO

We’re excited to see Alix step into this expanded role as we continue building more connected creator programs and helping our clients turn creator strategy into meaningful business impact.
