The Opportunity:

We are a fast-paced, fast-growing marketing agency in need of support across all aspects of our people function.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment coordinator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with a passion for “connecting the dots”, effective communication, problem-solving, developing & improving processes, and providing an outstanding candidate experience.


  • Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating in-person, phone, and video conference interviews
  • Create, collect, and compile feedback and manage briefing documents
  • Post and highlight open roles on various job boards and career sites
  • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS as needed
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangement, expense reimbursements, generating offer letters
  • Ensure every candidate experience working with our client is positive and leaves them feeling like they want to work here
  • Solves last-minute interview schedule changes and proactively communicates with candidates and team members alike should any issues arise.
  • Identifies opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Project based work across recruitment- we are enthusiastic about having a team member who has a growth mindset and is passionate about continuing to learn and evolve!
  • Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently

Qualifications for consideration:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative, coordinator, client facing or customer service role
  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
  • Eagerness to learn and the bravery to work through stages of ambiguity
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Superior organizational skills, detail-orientation, and the ability to prioritize workload independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset, the individual will be a team player, proactive and results driven
  • Experience with Zoom, and Microsoft Suite; ATS (JazzHR) and HRIS (Namely) experience is a preferred

New Engen is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with offices in New York, NY and Charlotte, NC. This position is located in our Seattle HQ. **This position has the opportunity to be remote or preference may be given to candidates within the Seattle area**
