Marketing Manager

New Engen is looking for a collaborative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for lead-generating and brand-building initiatives across channels. Key initiatives include continued development of the New Engen website, designing a lead nurture program, advancing marketing operations and tracking across the customer journey, running paid media, and partnering with content team on content distribution. The ideal candidate can own and drive multiple projects at once, work successfully with multiple teams and individuals across New Engen, and approaches their work with an agile, test-and-learn mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion an internal understanding of digital media, digital trends, and channels
  • Design, build, and manage a lead nurture program across segments
  • Run paid media across all channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, to support prospecting, retargeting, and recognition-driving efforts
  • Own marketing operations, including core tech stack and implementation and management of tracking across the customer journey
  • Serve as product manager of the New Engen website, champion the user experience, and evolve it as a brand platform and lead gen tool
  • Partner with Sr. Content Marketing Manager on distribution of thought leadership content across a variety of channels
  • Own measurement across channels, build reporting to measure key marketing metrics, use data to recommend changes to strategy
  • Develop team members and elevate team capabilities
  • Other projects that support New Engen’s marketing goals

Experience, skills, mindset:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters of Communication in Digital Media or similar degree a plus
  • 5+ years marketing experience, for a strong B2C or B2B brand a plus
  • Experience running paid media campaigns across channels, especially LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Familiarity with website strategy, email marketing, social media, and nurture programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience implementing tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and channel pixels
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to effectively influence at multiple levels of the organization
  • Embraces data and measurement to inform action
  • Experience managing at least 1-2 individual contributors a plus

New Engen is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with offices in New York, NY, and Charlotte, NC. For this role, candidates in our Charlotte, New York, and Seattle offices are preferred but we will consider remote as well.
